Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in the same condition as described on the product page, and still have the Laxus return tag attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 
RETURN PROCESS
  1. To start a return, please email customer service with your purchase number. 
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package (return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. The item must be shipped back to Laxus no later than 2 business days from when the prepaid return label was provided (as proven by the tracking number). The label will self void after 2 business days and cannot be used beyond that. Returns shipped after 2 business days will be rejected and sent back.
  4. Request a receipt as proof that the package has been scanned when dropping off at UPS. Laxus is not responsible for packages that do not appear as scanned.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please also remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS

All Outlet items are Final Sale. Laxus’ cancelation and return policies do not apply to Outlet items.

 

Please Note

  • Laxus cannot accept international returns. Please note, if an international package is returned to sender the client will be responsible for all incurred fees.
