What are your shipping details?
We offer free UPS Standard shipping on all orders. Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information. For more information, please check out here:
When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?
Once your order is confirmed, we'll send it within 2 business days. Depending on your location, delivery can take 2-7 business days. We'll email you with the tracking information and an estimated delivery date when each item is sent.
All shipments are tracked, insured, and require signature confirmation upon delivery.
How do I make changes to the shipping address on my order?
Updates can be made to your account address book; however, once an order has placed, you are unable to change the shipping address on the order. Please contact us here.
Once an order has been shipped, Laxus cannot edit the shipping address. However, you can contact the carrier to see if they can make edits on their end via UPS My Choice. Please note that all of our shipments are shipped via UPS with Signature Required unless the address is a PO Box which will be shipped via USPS. You may make changes to the delivery by creating a free UPS My Choice Account here. You can choose to have the package rerouted, rescheduled for another delivery date, or pick up the package at a nearby location.

How do I return an order?
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in the same condition as described on the product page, and still have the Laxus return tag attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Are LAXUS items guaranteed authentic?
We are the luxury resale authority, and we have been buying & selling designer handbags since 2014. All items undergo an in-person, multi-touch review process performed by our in-house team and our partner team of experts. We are also a member of the Association Against Counterfeit Product Distribution. The association certifies that all of our products are authentic.
We will refund the entire purchased amount if our bags are counterfeit. Furthermore, we certify every item and offer 7-day returns for any reason. Please check our Return Policy for more details.
Laxus is independent from any brand affiliation. Brands are not responsible for any product purchased from Laxus, and do not guarantee the authenticity of goods sold. Authenticity certificates are provided solely by Laxus.
Do your pre-owned items come in different conditions?
Yes, our pre-owned items come in the following conditions:
A bag in excellent condition has slightly been used with very little to no signs of wear and defects. Any defects such as faint scratches are minor and barely noticeable.
A bag in very good condition has been lightly used so has some minor signs of wear and defects but is very well maintained.
A bag in good condition has been fairly used so it may have visible signs of wear and defects such as small marks, scratches, and slight discoloration on interior and exterior but is well maintained.
A bag in fair condition has been frequently used with some visible wear and tear throughout which includes moderate scratches, marks, discoloration, abrasion damages to the corners, scuffs, dents, and general wear. There might be some signs of aging.
We have a dedicated quality assurance team that takes great care to clean and inspect all of our pieces so they arrive in like-new condition. This is the cornerstone of our business and we take it very seriously, which is why all cleaning and repairs are done in-house to ensure the highest quality.
Our repairing experts, trained for years, clean and repair items that need special care, with the help of an internal database that provides the best repairing method for the job at hand. It's checked a final time by a quality assurance team member.

How are bags cleaned, including to prevent the spread of viruses such as COVID-19?
All our bags are meticulously cleaned each time we ship out. Our cleaning agents and practices are designed to kill viruses such as the common cold and flu. While scentific information is still developing, we have no reason to believe that our processes are ineffective against COVID-19.
